Customer Pick-up
Full rolls and pallets, accessories, underlayments, and pad may be picked up any time between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm from our headquarters. Please phone ahead large order quantities for faster service.
Cut & Package System
Abraham Linc has a state-of-the art cut and package system available for rolled products such as carpet and sheet vinyl. Customers may place a cut order for pick-up or delivery.
Pick-up Cut Policy
- Carpet and vinyl cuts will be available for next day will-call.
- Cut orders must be placed before 4:00 pm the previous business day in order for cuts to be ready for pick up between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
- Cuts orders include all roll and non-roll goods, including remnant packages.
- Remnant packages need a 4-hour lead time.
- Please acquire the proper “return authorization” paperwork before any unloading of product begins.
- Abraham Linc will not make width cuts or re-cuts on special orders or cuts that have been previously made.
- All cuts are stamped with invisible ink.
- Orders of 7’ or less may be rolled in the short direction.
