Terry assumed the role of Executive Vice President back in 1989 after Darren Abraham took ownership of Preston Distributors. As teenagers Terry and Darren became best friends and started installing carpet together in 1983. Now, Terry facilitates a positive corporate culture and morale. He believes in working closely with his team and divisions to deliver the highest quality of service to customers.

Terri manages all aspects of the human resources department, such as payroll, new hire orientation, benefits, employee relations, etc.). But she gets to do fun stuff too. Terri coordinates employee events, such as monthly birthday treats, Halloween costume and pumpkin party, Bring-Your-Dog-to-Work month, and so many other festive and employee activities.

She gets to help employees with work-related matters, but she also gets to talk with employees on a personal level when stopping by to visit the HR candy bowl. One of her favorite things is when she gets to get to know their spouses and meet their “little ones” – including their fur-babies!

When Terri isn’t at work bribing employees with candy, she is reading a book on her Kindle or watching a baseball or football game. She loves doing craft and listening to music. She is in the early stages of planning a craft room. It’s just in the planning stages right now, which means she said the thoughts haven’t left her head yet, but it’s a work in progress!

Tina feels that each department works well together to achieve the best for customers and each other. She says that over the years her peers have truly become a part of her family.

Dave’s primary duties are processing customer returns and handling orders that ship outside our delivery footprint. All goods returned throughout the Abraham Linc logistic network must go through his control. He works closely with the claims department to resolve cases in a timely manner. He also works with the contact center to pick, pack, and ship orders via common carrier.

Dave came on board in 2017 and has been an integral member of the warehouse team. He steps up where needed and is the first to volunteer for special projects that fall outside normal day to day operations. If it means getting your hands dirty Dave is happy to lend a hand.

Dave likes to travel, go off-roading, and ride his motorcycle. He also enjoys cheering on his two sons at all their sporting events.

Ken joined the company in 2011. He has a computer science background and had spent many years as a logistics manager in the distribution network of a large retailer. He was promoted to Transportation Supervisor in 2012 and later that year moved back over to lead the warehouse.

Barry joined the company in 2017 as a warehouse worker. He took the initiative to learn many parts of the operation and was promoted to Warehouse Lead soon after. He currently performs several duties in the Baltimore warehouse such as loading trucks, auditing picks, and is counted on to ensure the day-to-day operations are accomplished. Barry works closely with the Bridgeport team to audit and reconcile the Baltimore warehouse inventory, as well as to coordinate inbound and out freight shipments. He also works closely with the team to verify and coordinated claim returns so they are processed in a timely manner. Outside of work Barry spends time listing to his music collection, playing percussion, and spending time with family and friends.

Thomas’ business philosophy is that he will do everything in his power to make sure customers and employees are taken care of and have everything they need to succeed. This has proven to be instrumental in building relationships and company morale in the transportation department.

Aaron is responsible for overseeing all promotional goods. He creates and maintains the specials list and promotions. He provides and assists customer with physical and digital samples of promotional good items, as well as placing orders. He ensures each interaction is positive and that the customer feels they are put first.

Outside of promotional goods and assisting the customer service team, Aaron helps where needed by heading up internal sample projects.

When he’s not in the office, Aaron enjoys time with family and friends, usually by spending time outdoors or playing cornhole.

Kim has been a customer service representative with Abraham Linc since 2014, bringing with her 14 years of customer service experience. Kim works in the customer service department and fulfills orders and assists customers in a friendly professional manner.

She builds rapport with all her customers and gets to know them on a personal level. Kim also takes care of notifying our customers when their special orders have arrived and are ready to ship.

When she is not working Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, sitting around a campfire, and riding on side-by-sides.

Melinda is the newest addition to the customer service team at Abraham Linc. She joined the team in January of 2021, bringing with her many years of customer service experience.

As a Contact Care Associate, Melinda takes calls from customers and assists with general information about the company and products. She also places orders for customers, as well as the outside sales team.

She is a point of contact for customers when an issue arises with a delivery. Melinda ensures that issues are addressed with the appropriate departments and maintain communication with our staff and the customer to resolve issues in a timely manner.

When she’s not at work, Melinda can be found spending time with friends and family. She is a proud aunt of two nieces and nephews. She loves to travel, especially to any location that includes lots of sunshine and sand.

Robin began working for Abraham Linc the first time in 1994. After nine years of work, she moved back home to Florida to be with and help family. In 2014, Robin returned to West Virginia and was welcomed back into the Abraham Linc family, where she’s been working with the customer service and claims team.

Robin is a customer service specialist and claims analyst, who brought back over 11 years of flooring distribution experience with her. It is her goal to help our customers get orders placed promptly and accurately. As a Claims analyst she aims to help retailers resolve issues or concerns they may have with products.

Robin is married and with three grown children, two grown stepchildren, and seven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, playing with her grandchildren, working in the garden, and fishing.
