What is LincReward$?

LincReward$ is an exciting promotion for our customers! Customers participating in the LincReward$ program will receive a personalized and reloadable LincReward$ card after their first approved submission (minimum $50 to start). This personalized card will be shipped directly to you and can be used similarly to a Visa gift card! Funds from participating in sales promotions throughout the year will be loaded directly onto your card for use.

How do I activate my Card?

Call 1-833-848-5768 or download the MyDashCard app1 to activate your Card. You will need your access code and the security code on the back of your Card. You will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may keep the PIN assigned to you or change your PIN at any time by calling the number on the back of your Card or by using the app.

Do I need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to use my Card?

You can use your Card with or without a PIN. Select ‘credit’ and sign the receipt or select ‘debit’ and enter your PIN. You can change your PIN by logging in to your account at MyDashCard.com, select Manage Account/Manage PIN. You can also call the number on the back of your Card and change it over the phone.

How can I check the balance and transaction detail on my Card?

Balance and transaction details are always available to you within the MyDashCard app, online at MyDashCard.com or by phone at 1-833-848-5768.

How do I make a purchase with my Card?

Once your Card is activated, you can use it to make purchases at merchants by presenting it in person, online, or by phone. Merchants should submit amounts that are equal to or less than the current Card balance. Approved transactions will be deducted from your Card balance in near real time. Swipe and sign or use your PIN.

What should I expect after signing up?

Once your first LincReward$ submission has been approved (minimum $50), your personalized LincReward$ card will be processed within 10-14 business days after your order has been invoiced.  Upon receipt of your completed W9 form, your Reward$ card will be funded.  Only individuals are eligible.  Subsequent LincReward$ redemptions (no minimum) will be processed and funded within 7-10 business days after your order has been invoiced.

Before using your LincReward$ card:
  1. To activate your Card, call 1-833-848-5768 or download the MyDashCard app.
  2. During the activation process you will be required to enter in your 16-digit Card number as well as the last four digits of your SSN.
  3. Turn the Card over and sign your name in ink on the signature stripe.
  4. Once funds have been loaded to the Card, your Card is then ready to use.”
